明日からの大雨を伴う嵐に備え、ベイエリアの各自治体では住民が利用できる防水のための砂袋の配布を行っている。各自治体の配布箇所は以下の通り。

アラメダカウンティ：１世帯１０個まで

• Fremont Fire Station 5, 55 Hackamore Lane
• Fremont Fire Station 10, 5001 Deep Creek Road

リバモア：特に記載のない限り住人がシャベルを用意して自分で詰める

• Maintenance service center, at 3500 Robertson Park Road
• Fire Station 6, at 4550 East Ave.
• Fire Station 8 at 5750 Scenic Ave.
• Zone 7 Water Agency at 100 North Canyons Parkway (pre-filled sandbags are available and there’s a limit of six bags per household)
