2025年5月23日金曜日、サンノゼ南部のグアダルーペ埋立地付近でブラシファイア（野火）が発生した。火災はグアダルーペ・マインズ・ロード15900番地付近で発生しており、消防当局によると、ティア1（Tier 1）のブラシファイアに分類されており、延焼速度は「中程度」とされている。
現時点でおよそ3エーカーの面積が焼失したとの報告が出ている。現場には消防隊が出動し、火勢の拡大を抑えるための消火活動が行われている。
